Shilpa Shetty is an actress as well as a fitness buff.
The Hungama 2 actress recently took to Instagram to share a video of her workout routine.
In the video shared with her 23.4 million Instagram followers, Shilpa can be seen performing a dead-curl-press.
The actress can be seen wearing a coral bralette with graphic dark blue leggings. Shilpa completes her look with a pair of hot pink trainers.

In the caption, Shilpa revealed her approach to fitness.
She said: “Keep it simple, but significant… be it your life decisions or your workout routine.
“What may merely look simple to another person, can be a significantly effective workout routine.’
Shilpa then went on to explain the dead-curl-press.
She said: “The Dead-Curl sure is one!
“It works very well on the lower body and arms. It can also be used as a HIIT Drill for Cardio.
“Trust me, it’ll work its magic.
“All you have to do is perform 4 rounds of 1 min each with a rest of only 30 seconds in between, and you will know what I mean.”
The Instagram video has since amassed over 930,000 views and 155,000 likes.
At the end of her post, Shilpa tagged her trainer Yashmeen Chauhan.
Yashmeen has trained numerous high-profile clients and celebrities across India and is now based in Mumbai.
Shilpa spoke about her relationship with Yashmeen and said:
“Yashmeen comes with a wealth of professional knowledge in training, supplements and diet each equally important to build an ideal body and maintain the perfect body.”
As well as an actress, Shilpa is also a wellness influencer and she regularly discusses her diet and fitness regimen with her followers.
On November 9, 2021, Shilpa shared a post in which she revealed her wellness mantra.
Shilpa said: “Whatever you dream of achieving, life will always demand discipline, dedication, and consistent effort, and some amounts of hustle.
“Likewise it is, for the ‘muscle’ too!
“Unless you push yourself, moving forward will always seem like a distant dream.”
Shilpa Shetty added: “Prepare a schedule, sacrifice the excess sugar, manage your time and water intake well, eat clean with balanced proportions, and get fitter than you were yesterday.
“That’s the only way forward. You can do it!”
