Aryan Khan’s lawyer Satish Manshinde informed the court that Shahrukh Khan’s son was invited to the party as a special guest. Aryan Khan has no direct connection with the party event. Aryan did not even have a ship ticket and boarding pass. Aryan Khan is the son of well-known actor Shahrukh Khan, due to which he was invited.
Drugs not found with Aryan Khan
Satish Manshind told the court that when Aryan Khan was taken into custody by the NCB, drugs were not recovered from him. Aryan Khan is only accused of consuming drugs. Aryan Khan not having recovered drugs can prove to be a boon for him as it can benefit him in the case.
